Talk to others
If you are struggling or getting bullied in the workplace, your manager should know about it. If you don’t tell them, how can they help you? If you don’t feel confident talking to your direct manager, find someone in authority or someone in HR.
Track your stressors
You may handle last-minute meetings like a pro, but deadlines may make you crumble. It’s a good idea to keep track of what makes you most stressed, whether it’s other employees, deadlines, workload, or communication. When you know what triggers your stress, you can learn to handle it better.
Support your health and wellbeing
Eat right, get enough sleep, and exercise often. Taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing should be a priority. If you find it hard to switch off from work, try yoga, meditation, or mindfulness. When you have better mental clarity, you may find that you handle stress much easier.
