Limit data access
Think about who in your organization has access to sensitive customer data. Determine what an employee needs to access and ensure that they have access to only what they need. If anyone in the company can view sensitive data, the risk of issues increases.
Ensure that employees know how to spot fraudulent, phishing emails that can download harmful software onto devices. In addition, make sure that they change their passwords with the seasons and that they do not use the same password for different accounts.
